P. Diddy Named Wealthiest Hip-Hop Artist For Sixth Year In A Row

Sean John Combs, also known by his stage names Puff Daddy, Puffy, P. Diddy and Diddy, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, actor, record producer and entrepreneur.
The rapper has topped 2017’s edition of Forbes‘ annual ranking of the top five wealthiest hip-hop artists, for the sixth year running.
Diddy is worth about $820 million, beating Jay-Z by $20 million, although Jay-Z gained significantly on Diddy over last year with a 30% increase in net worth — thanks largely to Sprint’s $200 million investment in his music streaming service Tidal.

President Buhari Orders The Sack Of Amaechi, Abba Kyari And Others - How True

President Muhammadu Buhari has allegedly ordered the resignation of the former Governor of Rivers State who is now the Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi.
Also alleged to have been asked to resign are Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola and Chief of Staff to the president, Abba Kyari over various allegations of corruption.
A source in the Presidential Villa disclose that Buhari worried that having these persons in his cabinet could put so much to question about his personality and frustrate the present anti-corruption war had advised them to quietly resign.
 The source also said the President reminded them of his earlier warning that if he sacked any of his appointees, such would be prosecuted.
It would be recalled that there had been several allegations of corruption flying in and outside the media about Ameachi. A leading Newspaper in the United Kingdom, UK, ‘The Mail Daily,’ on Sunday, May 15, 2016 published a report revealing how Rotimi Amaechi allegedly looted Nigeria’s treasury.
The report claimed that President Muhammadu Buhari’s ‘fantastically corrupt” friend, spent over $140 million on the president’s 2015 campaign and has been accused of stealing £500 million.
Also a Judicial Commission of Inquiry in Rivers State had allegedly indicted the former governor for looting the treasury of the state, when he served as Governor for eight years. Amaechi had, however, denied these various allegations.

JAMB Engages EFCC, ICPC, Police To Monitor UTME Exam Centres

The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has said that operatives from the Nigeria Police, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, and the Independent Corrupt Practices and other Related offences Commission, ICPC, will monitor the examination centres in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UMTE.
The exams will begin on Saturday May 13, 2017.
JAMB Registrar, Prof. Is-haq Oloyede told newsmen in Abuja that each test centre will have a supervisor, a technical officer, a verification officer, three proctors as well as security agents.
“Each state will be superintended over by a head of a tertiary institution (Vice-Chancellor, Rector or Provost) who coordinates the supervisors under his or her jurisdiction”, Oloyede added.
“It is certainly not going to be business as usual in the conduct of the Board’s examination and other processes.
